The firm is co-led by Luke Cann and Dion Borg, two seasoned professionals with a shared vision of delivering exceptional service built on integrity, insight, and long-term relationships.

Luke Cann, a warranted accountant with Honours in Accountancy and a Master’s in financial services from the University of Malta, has over 15 years of experience in audit, tax, and financial advisory. His expertise spans financial due diligence, financial modelling, corporate valuations, and strategic consulting, with notable work on mergers, acquisitions, and public listing processes on the Malta Stock Exchange.

Dion Borg, also a warranted accountant and certified auditor, brings a wealth of experience across financial audit, compliance, and advisory services. With a strong foundation in assurance and corporate reporting, Dion has led teams in delivering accurate, timely, and transparent financial support to both SMEs and large enterprises. His background complements the firm’s advisory services with a strong compliance and governance lens.

Together, they founded Fusion Advisory in 2023 to provide bespoke consultancy services in corporate finance ,  business restructuring, and strategic growth planning, and to build Fusion Assurance into a trusted provider of audit, accounting, payroll, and back-office solutions in Malta.
